Here at plug, we are all about transparency. Next-day shipping is an awesome option we offer to our customers, but it can never be guaranteed 100%, so when this option is picked at checkout it is at the customer's discretion. As long as the device is shipped before the cutoff, that is all we can do. There are times when inclement weather or other factors out of our control may cause a package to be late. Unfortunately, since UPS does not refund for the express service, we will not be able to issue refunds on any express shipping service that is chosen.
