Before you start the setup process on your new device, you are required to activate your new device with Mint Mobile. You will need to call them and they will your network to your device. You cannot activate the device unless you contact Mint.

If your device does not pick up service with 1 minute after inserting your sim, please contact us directly to resolve this.
