Whats your refund policy for returns?Updated 3 months ago

At Plug, our goal is for you to love your new device. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of shipment for any reason. We’ll process your refund typically within one business day. To keep our prices competitive, we may charge a 10% restocking fee.


For functionality issues beyond 30 days, our 12-month warranty covers all product defects. Contact us if your device malfunctions, and we’ll either send a replacement or issue a gift card in the amount of your order. Note that physical or water damage voids the warranty.


To initiate a return, visit our return/warranty portal. If you return a device without its original cable and adapter, a $10 fee per accessory will apply.
