What should I do before returning my device/order?Updated a year ago

Before returning please make sure to remove your iCloud.
Go to settings > [Your Name]
Scroll to the bottom
Tap sign out

Please make sure to securely package this device and use the prepaid return label that we have sent you to ship it back.
