The 12 Month Warranty covers any and all product defects (hardware and software). This warranty covers any malfunction of the phone independent of your use (touch-sensitive malfunction, battery failure, pushbuttons, etc.).

 

What is covered?

  • Technical defects

  • Faults caused by improper workmanship or materials

 

Making A Claim:

 

 The easiest way to initiate your refund with us is through our return/warranty portal. Go to http://plug.tech/returns and it will take you through the seamless process of either setting up a replacement/exchange order or a refund for the device. 

 

This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of products from the Site.

 

It does not extend to any subsequent or other owner or transferee of the product.

Your warranty will also be void if we find evidence that the item has been opened up in a way that may have affected the device.

Plug cannot be held responsible, in any way, for any costs that occurred when unlocking a device that was locked to a network when sold.

Please make sure to package your item as securely as possible, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by insecure packaging during transit.
