How to Return your DeviceUpdated a year ago

The easiest way to initiate your refund with us is through our return/warranty portal. Go to and it will take you through the seamless process of either setting up a replacement/exchange order or a refund for the device. 


With each device, we offer a 30-day love it or return it policy as long as a 12-month warranty. Within the first 30 days, if you do not love your device, you can send it back for whatever reason and receive a full refund or a replacement device. With our 12-month warranty, each device is protected against software defects and internal hardware defects. With plug, returning your devices is seamless and easy. To expedite the return process please refer to the directions below: 


1.) Remove all passcodes, iCloud, and any other personal information that is on the device. 

2.) Place all the contents back in the original box with all the accessories. (If you do not have the box anymore, no worries, just make sure the device is shipped safely and securely.)

3.)Reach out to [email protected] and a representative will prepare a prepaid return label for you. 

4.) Once you print out the prepaid return label, tape it to the shipping box and once we receive the device back, we will issue your refund or the replacement device:)
