How do I return my device?Updated a year ago
At plug, We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy!
If you're not satisfied with your device for any reason, we will accept your return and provide you with a prepaid label to ship it back!
To create a return, go to our returns portal.
1. Self-Service Returns Portal. Fill out the information on the returns portal and select your resolution.
Please note, we can not accept devices back for a refund after our 30-day return policy is over.
2. Prep your device. Please remove all of our information from the device, this way we don't have any hiccups processing your return.
3. Use our returns label. Ship your device back in a secure box to prevent any damage in transit.
Once we receive your device, our team will process your resolution within 24 hours!
(Please note that if any physical damage is done to the device results in the device’s warranty is voided. Per company policy, we reserve the right to issue a restocking fee for any charging accessories that fail to be returned with the device once the return is inspected. Customers should also MAKE SURE to double-check their returns IMEI Number prior to shipping the device back. Returns that are sent back without matching IMEI numbers will be subject to a 100% restocking fee.)
